This online store is operated on the Shopify platform. All transactions are processed securely through PayPal and Razorpay payment gateways. KERAM does not store any payment card information on its servers.

"KERAM" is a registered trademark in India. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content from this website without prior written permission from KERAM INDIA is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Product Authenticity
All KERAM branded products sold on keramstore.in are 100% authentic and manufactured in India from Food Grade Stainless Steel 304 (SS 304). Select products are enrolled in the Amazon Transparency Program — scan the QR code on packaging to verify authenticity.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchase of products shall be governed by the laws of India. All legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra, India.

Limitation of Liability
KERAM / KERAM INDIA shall not be held liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities; damage caused by misuse or improper handling of products; any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; or losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

Consumer Rights
As a consumer, you are entitled to the following under applicable laws: a 14-day return window from date of delivery; refund or replacement for defective or damaged products; a 1-year warranty on all KERAM branded products against manufacturing defects; and the right to file a complaint with the consumer forum of your jurisdiction under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
