At KERAM, we ship from our warehouse in Vasai West, Maharashtra, to deliver quickly and affordably across India. We ship via trusted courier partners including Shiprocket and Delhivery.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your order on the courier's website or in your account at keramstore.in.
Serviceable Areas
We deliver to most pin codes across India. In rare cases where a location is not serviceable by our courier partners, our team will contact you with an alternative or arrange a full refund.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at info@keramstore.com. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or full refund if the order is confirmed lost.
